Overview

Senior Trading Valuer - Mixed trading sectors - Hybrid / potential home working - London and Home counties

Latymer Search is pleased to be assisting one of the well known names in property with their hiring plans across their Valuation and advisory teams.

Responsibilities

• Join the current valuation team (c. 9) with a further ~30 across the wider valuation and advisory teams.
• Work on high profile large schemes and assets with an average fee around £7,500 (likely 1–2 jobs per week).
• Carry out valuations across a balanced mix of Leisure, hotels, pubs, healthcare and other alternative assets.
• Quote incoming work and manage the full valuation process through to completion.
• Advise lenders including high street banks, private banks, insurance companies and challenger banks; contribute to loan security valuation services nationwide.
• Hybrid / home working arrangement dependent on individual discussion.

Offering

• Basic salary: open to discussion depending on experience; agency approx. £60–80,000 plus car allowance, plus annual bonus (to be discussed directly with applicants).
• Salary and bonus are reputed to be strong in the market.
