Ensure data is collected and entered onto the SLT database. Organise and prepare treatment materials, including communication aids. Use IT resources to support administrative tasks (email, internet).

Recognise how and when information may be shared within the bounds of confidentiality and the Data Protection Act. Contribute to CCS internal and external communication strategies, working with the Head of Communications as appropriate to raise awareness and promote the reputation of CCS’ services.
- People Management – Maintain own professional development and participate in appraisal; provide day-to-day supervision of less experienced staff.
- Training – Assist the SLTs in organising and delivering training to other professionals and parents as appropriate. Actively participate in in-service training to develop knowledge and skills identified through objective setting and personal development review (this will include NVQ IV or Elklan Level 3).
