Job summary

Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist looking to make a real difference in childrens communication and learning? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Speech and Language Therapist to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Kingston. You will work closely with children across the school who have a range of speech language and communication needs, supporting them to develop confidence, independence and essential communication skills for life.

Requirements
  • Recognised Speech and Language Therapy qualification (HCPC registration desirable)
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting (EYFS KS1 or KS2)
  • Knowledge of a range of communication difficulties including speech sound disorders language delay ASD and social communication needs
  • Excellent communication teamwork and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to plan, deliver and evaluate individual and group interventions
  • Passionate about inclusive education and empowering children to reach their full potential
The Role

As a Speech and Language Therapist you will :

  • Deliver targeted therapy sessions for pupils with identified speech language and communication needs
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and parents to implement personalised strategies
  • Support classroom staff to embed communication-friendly approaches
  • Monitor progress and adapt intervention plans accordingly
