Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality psychiatric assessments, treatment, and interventions within the home treatment team.
  • Work collaboratively with your doctor colleague and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Participate in team discussions, treatment planning, and risk assessments.
  • Engage with patients, carers, and families to provide holistic and person-centred care.
  • Contribute to service development initiatives and quality improvement within the team.
  • Flexibility in providing cross cover to colleagues.
