Responsibilities

You will deliver exceptional spa treatments to clients while mentoring our students in a real‑world spa environment. You will manage client appointments, support departmental promotions, and stay updated on the latest spa products and treatments. You will collaborate with curriculum educators and spa staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience and work with community groups to develop workshops and networking sessions. You will assist in maintaining spa supplies, maximising bookings, and achieving retail and rebooking targets set by the Commercial Hair & Beauty Manager.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Level 4 Diploma or equivalent in Spa Therapy (or Level 3 working towards Level 4)
  • Previous experience of facilitation or mentoring within a spa or wellness context
  • Extensive experience of working in the hair and beauty industry
  • An understanding of the equity and inclusivity challenges faced in the Hair & Beauty industry

Welsh language skills are desirable for this position. Coleg Cambria is committed to raising the profile of the Welsh language. The promotion of Welsh is an essential part of the work we do.
