You will deliver exceptional spa treatments to clients while mentoring our students in a real‑world spa environment. You will manage client appointments, support departmental promotions, and stay updated on the latest spa products and treatments. You will collaborate with curriculum educators and spa staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience and work with community groups to develop workshops and networking sessions. You will assist in maintaining spa supplies, maximising bookings, and achieving retail and rebooking targets set by the Commercial Hair & Beauty Manager.
Essential Requirements:
