Contract Type : Fixed Term (Until January 2027) / Full Time (37 hours a week)
Salary : £27,500- £29,451
Coleg Cambria is seeking a passionate Spa Therapist for our Yale site. In this role, you will deliver exceptional spa treatments to clients while mentoring our students in a real‑world spa environment. You will guide learners, ensuring they meet professional standards, and provide feedback to help them develop their employability skills.
Responsibilities include managing client appointments, supporting departmental promotions, and staying updated on the latest spa products and treatments. You will collaborate with curriculum educators and Spa staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience and work with community groups to develop workshops and networking sessions.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues, and a proactive approach to personal and professional development. You will assist in maintaining spa supplies, maximising bookings, and achieving retail and rebooking targets set by the Commercial Hair & Beauty Manager.
