Our Social Workers are pivotal to our teams. When you join us in Adult Services you will undertake needs‑led assessments and provide specialist support to adults and their carers, service users, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver care packages, support older/disabled people, and work in a multi‑agency setting.

Qualifications & Experience

Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, risk factors, rehabilitation processes for older people, user and carer issues, and the care management process.

Experience in developing care packages, working with older/disabled people, and collaborating within a multi‑agency environment.

CQSW, DipSW or CSS or a BA Hons in Social Work is essential, together with a willingness to undertake all essential training.

Salary & Benefits

Annual salary £18,181.50 to £21,420, plus an additional £750 Recruitment and Retention Allowance for SCP 26 and above. Subject to annual review. Permanent role.
