Role Overview

We are entering a new phase of growth across the UK, Ireland, and Dubai, with ambitious plans to significantly scale sponsorship, partnerships, event revenue, and venue bookings. The Social Media Manager will lead and execute our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, playing a key part in how Miss Jones Group attracts clients, promotes venues and events, and drives bookings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver the Miss Jones Group social media strategy, bringing our venues, events, hotels, partnerships and brand to life through high‑performing content.
  • Create content that drives enquiries, supports venue finding and hotel bookings, promotes key campaigns such as fairs and retreats, and strengthens Miss Jones Group’s position as a trusted industry leader.
  • Report directly to the owner and work closely with the wider marketing and commercial team, venue partners and clients, and regularly attend venue visits, events, launches and activations to capture live content.
Content Strategy & Planning
  • Own and execute the social media strategy in line with the 2026 social media and marketing plan, continuously evolving the approach to keep content fresh, relevant and engaging.
  • Manage the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent posting and alignment with seasonal priorities such as Christmas, summer parties, fairs and retreats.
  • Plan content around venue tours, event inspiration, behind the scenes moments, client packages, member events and hotel bookings.
  • Ensure every piece of content has a clear purpose, strong hook and clear call to action linked to bookings or membership.
Content Creation & Design
  • Create high quality short form video content including Reels and TikTok using iPhone and professional accessories.
  • Design social assets using Canva and other design tools, including Reel covers, carousels, story graphics, templates and promotional assets.
  • Maintain a clean, modern and neutral feed aesthetic that aligns with Miss Jones Group branding.
  • Capture dynamic content at venue visits, events, fairs, retreats and partner launches.
  • Edit content quickly and effectively using on‑device tools and professional editing software.
  • Create visually engaging content that can also be repurposed for blogs, newsletters, WhatsApp and client communications.
Channel Management & Community
  • Manage all Miss Jones Group social media accounts on a day‑to‑day basis.
  • Manage and engage with Miss Jones Ireland & Miss Jones Dubai.
  • Write engaging captions that are personal, authentic and conversion focused rather than overly polished or corporate.
  • Ensure consistent tagging of venues, partners and locations across all posts.
  • Respond to comments and direct messages and actively engage with our community.
  • Build relationships with creators, venues, hotels and partners through regular engagement.
Campaigns, Partnerships & Competitions
  • Plan and execute monthly competitions and collaborations with venues, hotels and brand partners.
  • Proactively identify, pitch and secure new social media partnerships and collaborations within the hospitality, events, travel and lifestyle space, using social media as a tool to support business development and growth.
  • Support the promotion of Miss Jones Group events including fairs, retreats, showcases and awards, before, during and after delivery.
  • Work with the wider team to ensure social media content supports partnership, sponsorship and commercial opportunities.
  • Repurpose top‑performing content across multiple platforms and channels to maximise reach and value.
Analytics & Performance
  • Track performance across all platforms including reach, engagement, saves, growth and enquiries.
  • Provide regular insights on what content is performing well and where improvements can be made.
  • Monitor trends across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Use performance data to improve conversion from social media into bookings and memberships.
  • Success in this role will be measured by audience growth, engagement, content performance and the quality of enquiries and bookings generated through social media.
Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in a social media or content role, ideally within hospitality, events, travel, lifestyle or luxury brands with a demonstrated track record of growing and scaling a social media platform through engaging, high‑performing content.
  • Strong experience using Canva and design tools to create high quality social media assets.
  • Confident shooting and editing video content with experience on iPhone with a strong eye for composition and lighting.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, algorithms and best practices.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice while staying on brand.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns, events and deadlines at once.
  • Comfortable working directly with venue partners, clients and senior stakeholders.
  • This role requires regular attendance at evening events and occasional out‑of‑hours content capture, balanced with flexible and hybrid working.
