Site Manager (Lead) - Newport, Wales - Refurbishment of Listed Building - 6 Month Project

The Company

I am working with a £300M Turnover Contractor who in 2025 have created a new Leisure Division (based in Leeds) overseeing Leisure Projects (Football Training Grounds, Gyms & Leisure Centres) valued between £1M - £30M.

The Role

Due to their busy workload with over 8 live sites & log book for 2026 filled out, they are looking to add to there current team of 5 and onboard multiple skilled Site Managers. You will be based on a refurbishment of a Listed Building in Newport, Wales.

You will be responsible for running the job from inception to completion and overseeing alteration of sapces and new M&E Installations.
