Overview

EA Associates are working on behalf of a local main contractor to source a temporary site manager for 3 weeks in Colchester. The project is a small refurbishment scheme at Colchester Sixth Form, and we require someone to fill in while they wait for the employed member of staff to hand over another project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site activities on a small refurbishment scheme in Colchester Sixth Form.
• Coordinate subcontractors, ensure works progress against plan, and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Ensure handover process is followed and site records are up to date.

Details

• Rate: £220 - £250 per day depending on experience, given the small nature of the project
• Contract length: 3 weeks with a small possibility of extension up to Christmas, not guaranteed
