Qualifications

  • CNC brake operation skills.

Job description

A large metalwork engineering company based in Castleford are looking to recruit a site foreman / manager for their grwoing business. They currently employ around 25 staff members working within the factory and now need a foreman / site manager to manage the team going forward whilst the owners of the business move on to a more client focused approach. This is a new position and would suit someone from an engineering background currently in similar role or someone who manages a team but is now looking for their next step.

You must have :

  • 10-15 experience in general sheet metal working roles
  • Proven experience in managing production team in a busy environment
  • Good understanding of health and safety policy
  • Good understanding of ISO9001 quality standards
  • Experience of TIG / MIG welding
  • CNC brake operation

Overall this is an exciting role for a rapidly expanding company and would give the ideal candidate the opportunity to grow with the business and work directly with the owners in expanision of the site.
