Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Service Technician (Trainee) located in Caernarfon, with some work from home acceptable. The Service Technician (Trainee) will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of print, copy, and scan systems. They will also engage in field service and customer service tasks to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Maintenance, Repair, and Troubleshooting, training will be provided and ongoing.
  • Experience in Field Service and Customer Service skills desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a technical or similar role is a plus
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenge
  • Ability to speak Welsh is desirable, Welsh lessons can be part of the ongoing training.
