A leading humanitarian organization based in Birmingham is looking for a Health and Care Service Manager to oversee health services, ensuring quality and standards are met. You will manage staff, support development, and handle performance management. The ideal candidate should have management experience and a strong background in health or social care. Health and Care Service Manager
Location: Birmingham with travel around the West Midlands area
Hours: 21 per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract Until December 2025 with possibility of extension
Salary: £28,507 per annum based on 35 hours per week
Travel: Full UK Driving Licence Required and Access to A Vehicle (Business mileage reimbursed)
For over 75 years, the British Red Cross has supported the NHS and provided a lifeline for vulnerable individuals and supported people in crisis following an emergency. If you are organised and motivated then this is a fantastic opportunity to join our Health and Care team as a Service Manager. You will manage health and care services, ensuring all appropriate standards and requirements are met and service contracts maintained.
