Senior Utility Analyst
£27,000- £30,500 plus great benefits (Work Level 6B)
6-month secondment
Manchester city centre - We're now working in a hybrid way, with colleagues dividing their time between home/remote working and the office, 2 days per week

We're looking for a Senior Utility Analyst to join our Co-op Business Services (CBS) organisation. CBS is made up of a number of diverse teams dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable and cost-effective business services across our Co-op. Youll play a key role in helping CBS to support and realise our group vision of 'co-operating to build more value for member-owners every day'.

What you’ll do

• Validate utility bills for internal and external customers, taking on complex accounts for the team
• Complete COTs (Change of Tenancies)
• Manage complex supplier/customer queries through the Salesforce case management system
• Be involved in Power Billing Transformation - reviewing our current processes and making them fit for the future
• Supplier query calls and debt resolution

What we are looking for

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and good general IT skills (you\'re comfortable using programmes in Microsoft Office / 365)
• Utility Industry experience
• Stakeholder management experience with presentation and communication skills
