Qualifications

• At least 2 years' post ASYE experience in social work.
• Experience managing people is ideal.
• Knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.

Responsibilities

• Manage practice and performance for timely discharges.
• Quality assure Care Act assessments and care plans.
• Lead on complex cases and manage safeguarding situations.
