In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of the sales journey - liaising with prospective vendors and buyers, arranging viewings, and using your negotiation skills to agree successful sales. A day in the life
  • Liaising with prospective venders and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders and buyers
  • Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
  • A focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Canvassing the local area
  • Door knocking and leaflet dropping
  • Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
Essential Skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
