This 6-month contract involves proactivel sourcing of candidates, building candidate pipelines, and collaborating with senior teams to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience. Avery Healthcare is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Recruiter to lead the way in hiring for their senior-level and support team roles across the business on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and inspiring environment where you can be part of something truly meaningful.
As the Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for understanding the unique needs of each role and tailoring attraction strategies to build strong candidate pipelines. You will proactively source high-calibre candidates using a variety of tools and techniques, screen candidates to ensure a great fit, and coordinate interviews while providing feedback to ensure a fair, consistent, and positive recruitment journey for all. You will work closely with the Senior Operational Team and Heads of Functions, building strong relationships and delivering a recruitment experience that\'s second to none.
