Avery Healthcare is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Recruiter to lead the way in hiring for their senior-level and support team roles across the business on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis. Main duties of the job

As the Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for understanding the unique needs of each role and tailoring attraction strategies to build strong candidate pipelines. You will proactively source high-calibre candidates using a variety of tools and techniques, screen candidates to ensure a great fit, and coordinate interviews while providing feedback to ensure a fair, consistent, and positive recruitment journey for all. You will work closely with the Senior Operational Team and Heads of Functions, building strong relationships and delivering a recruitment experience that\'s second to none.

Qualifications
  • You should have proven recruitment experience within the Healthcare sector, ideally in Care Home environments, as well as a proactive approach to sourcing and building candidate pipelines. A strong understanding of internal recruitment and stakeholder engagement, solid knowledge of UK Right to Work processes, and confidence using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are also required. A collaborative, team-focused mindset is essential.
