This opportunity is open to Senior project managers and will offer the right candidate the chance to work and deliver some of London’s most interesting and complex schemes across large hotel conversions, work with leading property developer clients who invest in superb residential projects in the capital and be involved in some of the capital’s high profile mixed use projects.

Responsibilities

• Conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking
• Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
• Producing project plans and managing teams where applicable
• Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators
• Tracking and documenting changes
• Preparing written project communication materials
• Preparing formal project progress and other reports
• Liaising with the client, contractors and designers
• Attending meetings and drafting minutes, etc Other responsibilities, to include:
• Preparing presentation materials for client pitches, etc
• Inputting key information into the Turner & Townsend internal database

Qualifications

• Project Manager or Senior Project Manager working with a leading consultancy across large brownfield sites in London
• Projects can include residential, commercial and mixed use
• Successfully delivering the whole project or a large element of it
• Experience with working on projects of £20m++
• Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture.
