About the role

Join Balfour Beatty on the Lower Thames Crossing, one of the UK's most ambitious infrastructure projects. We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead the delivery of our Temporary Site Services package and support the wider programme. This role involves managing site logistics, coordinating trade contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards.

What you'll be doing
  • Provide leadership across all phases of Temporary Site Services works, including enabling works.
  • Manage site logistics and ensure efficient coordination of labour, plant, and materials.
  • Drive sustainable practices, including zero-emission plant and digital power management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet critical milestones and maintain programme alignment.

  • Proven track record in managing operational delivery within construction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
