The Role

TSR Legal are proud to be working with a leading firm seeking a dedicated Senior Paralegal to join their busy Immigration team. This is an excellent opportunity for a career paralegal looking for long-term stability, working closely with senior lawyers and contributing to the development of client relationships. You will handle a varied caseload of immigration matters, provide clear and practical advice, and support the smooth running of the team. The role also includes business development activity, mentoring junior colleagues, and daily collaboration with the Team Supervisor to oversee workloads and ensure delivery to the highest standards.

  • Manage and progress a caseload of immigration matters with appropriate supervision
  • Draft applications, legal documents, and correspondence with accuracy and clarity
  • Conduct legal research and assist senior colleagues on complex matters
  • Liaise with clients, counsel, and external organisations professionally
  • Support networking and business development initiatives
  • Supervise and mentor junior paralegals and legal assistants
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and firm standards
About You
  • 2-4 years' paralegal experience, ideally within immigration law - other legal backgrounds will be considered but you must show an interest and enthusiasm for immigration law
  • Law degree or equivalent (CILEx, recognised paralegal training)
  • Strong drafting, communication, and organisational skills
  • Able to manage cases and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Confident with case management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Career-focused, seeking long-term stability and progression
