A leading global analytics company in London is seeking a Legal Operations Support professional. The role involves negotiating agreements and assisting with licensing needs. Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in legal affairs and strong business writing skills. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with various departments and provides a dynamic work environment with at least two days in the office.

The Team: In this role, you will support the Head of Commodity Insights (CI) Legal – Exchange, Market Relationships & Innovation in the Energy Transition, Sustainability & Services business line of S&P Global Commodity Insights (a division of S&P Global Inc.), in supporting Sustainable1 (S1) and Environmental Solutions teams in advising the organization on licensing, legal, regulatory, and related matters, including contract operations, development of best practices and governance, and project management. You will be a key partner to the Sustainable1 and Environmental Solutions businesses as well as to divisional legal, risk, compliance, commercial, product, and business colleagues (including senior management) in addressing ESG and Environmental Registry related matters. This role requires at least 2 days a week work from the office.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $109,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
