Job summary

A wealth management practice in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to provide holistic support to a Financial Adviser. This role involves processing new business, maintaining client records, and onboarding new clients. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in an IFA environment, possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, and be able to work independently in a hybrid setup.   • Relevant experience within an IFA environment.
  • Experience with Enable, Fidelity is desirable.
  • Ability to manage own workload.

  • Keeping client records up to date.
  • Booking annual review meetings.
  • Preparing letters of authority.
  • Preparing meeting packs for client reviews.

Are you an experienced financial planning administrator, looking for a Senior IFA Administrator in central Birmingham with hybrid working?

Due to continued success in providing fee-based advice to HNW clients, this successful wealth management practice requires a professional and proactive Financial Services Administrator to provide holistic support to a Financial Adviser.

Responsibilities
  • Processing new business including fund switches, pension transfers, top ups and income payments.
  • Keeping client records up to date.
  • Booking annual review meetings
  • Preparing letters of authority
  • Preparing meeting packs for client reviews.
  • Onboarding new clients, setting up records and completing GDPR & AML requirements.
  • Dealing with client queries
Candidate requirements
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
  • Relevant experience within an IFA environment
  • Experience with Enable, Fidelity would be good
  • Able to manage their own workload
  • Can work independently when remote
