Senior Driving Consultant - Glasgow

Pertemps are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Senior Driving Consultant to join our successful and growing team in our Glasgow office. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated recruitment professional with a passion for the driving sector to take the next step in their career.

Location: Glasgow

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE) + excellent bonus and benefits

The Role

As a Senior Driving Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and managing your own desk, specialising in the recruitment of HGV drivers across a range of clients. You will be responsible for delivering a first‑class recruitment service while building long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Building, developing and managing a profitable driving recruitment desk
• Recruiting, onboarding and managing HGV drivers
• Proactively winning new business and maintaining existing client relationships
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle – from advertising and interviewing to placement and aftercare
• Ensuring compliance with driving regulations and recruitment standards
• Providing an exceptional service to both clients and candidates
