Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in the IT sector, ideally within a Vendor, Distributor or Partner environment.
• Proven exposure to European markets.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; additional European languages are a plus.
• 5 to 8 years of experience directly managing or supervising employees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the AOP, value propositions, and tactical quarterly plans.
• Maintain partnerships with vendors and customers to enable the plan.
• Identify, evaluate, and help to close possible acquisitions to accelerate the plan.
• Drive the execution of the European sub-operations plan, achieving business objectives.
