Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Hours: 37 per week (part time hours considered)

Location: Rennie House Tring

Salary: 38908 per annum (pro rata)

Closing date: 23 January 2026 at 12 noon

What you will do

Lead on project management digital implementation and performance evaluation for all brand marketing campaigns that raise awareness of hospice care in the local area

Lead on use of monthly dashboards to determine data‑driven decisions around channel activity such as best use of email database areas most relevant in website performance increased income opportunities to help understand best use of team skills to deliver objectives

Collaborate with Income Generation teams to develop project management digital implementation and performance evaluation for marketing activities that help achieve organisation targets including fundraising retail and patient stories for new clinical funding requirements.

Collaborate with Patient Services and Community Engagement teams to best use digital channels to raise awareness of our patient journey four phases promote Centre based and Community based patient services and develop patient information requirements and digital organisational materials.

Collaborate with People and Volunteering teams to develop digital enhancements for employer brand activities internal communications and inspirational recruitment campaigns.

Review monthly Digital budget activity monitoring performance and giving team recommendations back into marketing planning meetings and Executive Board updates

Together with the brand marketing team review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each channel with the goal to inform future activities and deliver Directorate objectives through successful marketing activities

Lead and mentor two Digital Marketing Officers

Act as a Rennie Grove Peace ambassador within the community

What you will need
