Senior Delivery & Operations Programme Director (Interim)

Location: Flexible from London to the Midlands (Hybrid)

Term: 7-month interim, 3 days per week

This interim Senior Delivery & Operations Programme Director role will lead a critical portfolio of delivery, operational and customer‑experience initiatives across Moonpig and Greetz, shaping how orders reach customers in the UK, Guernsey and the Netherlands.

You will own the execution of the 2026 delivery strategy, manage major carrier transitions, steer key UX and customer‑facing changes, and act as a visible partner to Exec Leadership and senior stakeholders across Product & Tech, Trading, Customer Service, Finance and local Operations teams.

Experience

• 10+ years in senior leadership roles across ecommerce delivery, logistics, supply chain, operations or related programme management.
