We are seeking experienced Country Managers and a Senior Country Manager to lead business expansion across the UK and Europe. This is a strategic leadership opportunity to drive growth in one of the world’s most dynamic and regulated payments markets. The role requires a mix of sales, market expertise, solutioning capabilities, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development with banks, large payment companies, wallet providers, and other financial institutions.
  • Build and execute comprehensive partnership and revenue growth strategies.
  • Represent the organization at regulatory bodies, forums, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams to align solutions with local requirements.
  • Expand existing customer relationships by identifying new use cases.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to contracting.
  • Build and grow a regional team, with the potential to establish a Europe-based entity.

Ideal Candidate

  • 6+ years’ experience in Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services.
  • Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem (regulations, compliance, and market trends).
  • Strong industry network across banks, payment companies, and wallet providers.
  • Proven track record in business development and solution sales.
