Salary : £100,000 – £110,000 + Package

We're working with a leading name in the London property market who are looking to bring on board a Senior Cost Planner to join their high-performing commercial team in East London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong cost planning experience on large mixed-use residential schemes, looking to work on some of the city’s most exciting developments.

What you’ll be doing

Leading cost planning and feasibility work on complex, high-value residential and mixed-use projects.

Providing commercial insight and cost advice from early design through to delivery.

Working closely with internal development, design, and procurement teams to drive value and efficiency.

Benchmarking, risk management, and cost reporting to senior stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

Experience working for a well-known developer, contractor, or consultancy (essential).

Proven background in cost planning large mixed-use residential schemes.

Strong communication skills and the ability to influence project decisions.

Ideally MRICS (or working towards).
