Qualifications

• A minimum of five years post qualification experience in the food industry.
• Lead auditor qualified to IRCA or equivalent.
• Experienced in auditing against three or more BRC categories.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct professional audits to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare detailed and accurate reports based on evaluations.
• Conduct BRCGS audits across Southern Ireland.

Skills

Experience in food safety auditing

Preparation and planning of reports

Knowledge of BRCGS standards

HACCP qualification Level 3

UK Driving License

Education

Degree in food-related or bioscience discipline

Higher education course in food-related discipline
