The Bench Hand Joiner Role

You’ll manufacture, assemble, and finish high‑quality wooden furniture using a range of tools and machinery. You’ll work from detailed technical drawings, ensuring accuracy, precision, and an excellent standard of finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, and finish bespoke wooden products
• Work accurately from technical drawings
• Quality‑check and finish your own work
• Operate woodworking tools and machinery safely
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Supervise and coordinate a workshop team

The Candidate

• Experienced in high‑end bench joinery, laminating, or cabinet making
• Skilled in using hand tools and woodworking machinery such as routers, edge banders, planers, and table saws
• Apprentice‑trained or equivalent experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Previous experience in a supervisory role
