About the Role
Providing 1 :
  • Supporting students with ASD ADHD SEMH or communication needs
  • Supporting small-group interventions and in-class differentiation
  • Assisting teachers with personalised learning resources
  • Helping students regulate emotions routines and transitions
  • Monitoring progress and liaising with the SENCO
  • Building supportive relationships that encourage independence
Experience and Qualifications
  • SEN experience desirable
  • Understanding of ASD / SEMH strategies preferred
  • Empathetic calm and resilient
