Special Educational Needs (SEN) Science Teacher - Knowsley

Full-time | Long-term | Immediate Start

Responsibilities
  • Customising science lessons to meet the unique requirements of each student.
  • Creating stimulating and inclusive lessons using practical experiments and visual learning.
  • Integrating objectives from student\'s Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
  • Offering both academic and emotional support to foster student confidence and well-being.
  • Working closely with other teachers, support staff, and parents.
  • Keeping accurate and detailed records of student development.
  • Supporting the ongoing improvement of the science department.
Essential Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a science-related degree.
  • The legal right to work in the UK.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS check (or the willingness to apply).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing classrooms and behaviour.
