SEN Teacher - Stevenage

We're working with a fantastic specialist setting in Stevenage who are looking for an experienced SEN Teacher to join them. This is a long-term role with potential to go permanent for the right person.

About the role:

• Teaching small classes of KS3/KS4 pupils with ASD, ADHD and additional learning needs
• Planning and delivering adapted lessons to meet EHCP targets
• Working closely with therapists, SENCO and support staff
• Creating a structured, calm learning environment where pupils feel safe and supported

What they're looking for:

• Qualified Teacher (QTS or QTLS)
• Strong SEN experience, ideally ASD/SEMH
• Confident adapting the curriculum for lower-ability learners
• Someone patient, resilient and able to build trust quickly

Pay: Paid to scale (MPS/UPS depending on experience)
Start: ASAP or January
