Job summary

A leading recruitment agency for education is seeking a full-time SEN English Teacher in West Ealing. The successful candidate will teach English Functional Skills up to GCSE level in a supportive SEN environment, addressing the needs of pupils with SEMH and MLD. This is a long-term role with opportunities for permanent placement, starting September 2025. Immediate interviews available.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
  • Experience in teaching English at GCSE level to SEN students.
  • Enhanced DBS check required.

Responsibilities

Overview

SEN English Teacher required in West Ealing

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Secondary English Functional Skills up to GCSE level within a supportive SEN environment.

Key Details
  • Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (early finish at 1:00pm every Friday)
  • 150 - 200 per day
  • Start: September 2025 (immediate interviews available)
  • Long-term role in a well-supported SEN environment, with the opportunity to join permanently
  • School caters for pupils from Primary to Post-16 with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) and MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties)
