As a SEN Class Teacher, you will

• Lead engaging, multi-sensory lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils aged 2 to 19 with severe learning difficulties.
• Manage and support a team of teaching assistants in your classroom.
• Work closely with middle and senior leaders to shape and deliver a rich, inclusive curriculum.
• Build strong relationships with families and carers to support holistic development.
• Take part in a range of school activities including parents\' evenings and community events.
• Continue developing your skills in areas such as alternative communication methods (e.g., Makaton, PECS, AAC), behaviour management, and SEND best practices.
