Qualifications

  • Valid SIA licence is required.
  • Must have a 5-year checkable work or education history.
  • Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prepared to undertake FREC 3 and EUSR water hygiene training.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrols to detect signs of intrusion, damage, or suspicious behaviour.
  • Monitor entrances and exits, check passes, and authorise visitors.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
  • Provide a welcoming, professional presence and assist visitors, staff, and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate logs and incident reports for compliance purposes.
  • Observe and report any hazards to ensure a safe environment.
