Overview

Seasonal Sales Assistant at The Entertainer (Whiteley, Whiteley Shopping Centre). The role involves reliable and flexible hours, approachable customer service, helping with stock, deliveries, and working in the Tesco concession space.

Responsibilities

• Be reliable and flexible in hours; extra hours may be available when busy.
• Deliver excellent customer service; approachable and confident.
• Move stock around the store; assist with deliveries and pallets, alone or as part of a team.
• Help in the local Tesco concession space.
• Merchandising, keep shelves full, talk to customers, and handle deliveries.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Reliable and flexible with hours; ability to work weekends and evenings.
• Approachable, confident in delivering excellent customer service.
• Physically fit and able to move stock, work with deliveries and pallets.
• Willing and able to work in the Tesco concession space.
• Availability for 12-hour per week or 20-hour per week contracts, with potential extra hours.

Key Information about this role

• Rates of Pay: 16-20 year olds - £11.00 per hour; 21-year-old plus - £12.21 per hour.
• Contract end date: 3 January 2026.
• Store hours: open 7 days a week; must be able to support weekends including Sundays.
• Available contracts: 12-hour per week or 20-hour per week; shifts may include evenings and varied days.
• All Seasonal Sales Assistant contracts may require working Christmas Eve, Boxing Day or New Year\'s Eve.
