Contract Type: Full‑time, Temporary (Long‑term sickness cover)

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–3:30pm

Overview

A well‑regarded school in Feltham is seeking an organised and proactive School Administrator to join their team on a full‑time temporary basis. This role is to cover long‑term sickness and will run initially until mid‑January 2026. The successful candidate will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school office, supporting staff, students, and parents with a range of administrative tasks.

Key Requirements
  • Recent experience working as a School Administrator (essential)
  • A current Enhanced DBS (essential)
  • Experience using SIMS (ParentPay experience preferred but not essential)
  • Must be available to start immediately
Main Duties
  • General school administration and office support
  • Managing attendance records and processes
  • Supporting welfare duties where required
  • Covering reception on a rota basis
  • Providing efficient communication with staff, parents, and external visitors
  • Maintaining accurate records and assisting with daily school operations
