The Role
agreeinglfp as a SCaaS Sales Manager at TechPoint is crucial for electronics Supply Chain as a Service (SCaaS). You will manage the complex process that drives growth, optimises efficiency and cost‑effectiveness, builds relationships and expands the customer base.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business plans working alongside Sales Director to expand the customer base. Explore new markets and opportunities for business growth and identify and pursue business opportunities through networking and partnerships.
- Drive order intake activities for new logos or new projects from existing key customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients. Understand client requirements and propose suitable supply chain solutions and address customer concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sell our SCaaS solutions offering: supplier relationship management, strategic procurement planning, demand management, inventory reduction, kitting and distribution, KanBan and consignment agreements.
- Collaborate killings with cross‑functional teams such as marketing, internal sales, production and quality assurance to ensure customer requirements are met. Provide feedback from clients to internal teams for service improvements.
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotations for significant opportunistion from potential clients. Customise supply chain offerings based on client requirements.
- Regularly review objectives and sales targets and work towards achieving or exceeding them. Develop pricing strategies. Collaborate with the internal sales team to close deals and generate revenue.
- Prepare regular sales and business development reports for your line manager. Analyse sales data and trends to make informed business decisions.
- Ensure customer data and activity is properly recorded in the CRM system.
- Create and manage own leads and pipeline, being proactive to open doors to drive and grow new business opportunities.
About you
- A qualification or experience in supply chain management, business administration or a related field or electronics is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in supporting core markets (Medical, Aerospace & Defence, Industrial, Automotive) is desirable.
- Strong desire to develop sales skills and attitude to go the extra mile as well as the ability to close SCaaS deals and secure new contracts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for building relationships.pg klientów, presenting proposals and networking.
- The ability to travel (expected 75 %) to support the potential new and existing customer base.
