A recognized music education organization in Farnborough is seeking a Sales Team Leader to support the Sales Manager and lead a telesales team. The ideal candidate should have over 2 years of sales experience and a passion for education and music. Responsibilities include coaching team members, tracking performance, and maintaining high standards of accountability. This full-time role offers competitive salary and benefits, including 27 days of holiday and a performance-based commission scheme.
Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 plus £6k OTE
Bonus: Annual Bonus Based on both company and individual performance
Location: Farnborough, Hampshire (Office-Based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm or 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (35 hours per week)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Holiday: 27 days per annum + bank holidays
