Sales & Lettings Negotiator (Part-Time)

An independent estate agency serving the Bradford and North Yorkshire regions is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
  • Working Hours: Flexible between 9:00am - 5:30pm (Monday to Friday), Saturday 10:00am - 4:00pm
  • Employment Type: Part-time
  • Transport: Car owner with a clean driving license is essential
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle sales and letting negotiations, including taking offers and progressing sales.
  • Maintain regular communication with vendors, landlords, purchasers, and tenants.
  • Provide feedback and updates on property statuses.
  • Arrange and accompany property viewings.
  • Qualify potential buyers and vendors using the appropriate documentation.
  • Maintain knowledge of available properties and ensure they are matched to buyer needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of estate agency experience or NAEA/ARLA qualifications.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
