A financial services company in Greater Manchester seeks a Telesales Executive to join their Direct Sales team. This role involves making warm inbound and outbound sales calls, creating sales opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. Successful candidates will benefit from career and training opportunities, including qualifications in Mortgage Advice Practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and customer service experience. This is a full-time position with no remote work option.
As a Telesales Executive you will work as part of our fantastic Direct Sales team tasked with Direct Sales and setting appointments for the Relationship Managers & Mortgage Advisors. You will be taking warm inbound sales calls from potential customers and making equally warm outbound calls to existing customers who might be i.e. coming to the end of their term and in need of a new mortgage product.
You will be given leads each day and the focus of the calls will be about quality rather than quantity. You will become a product expert and be able to support customers with the right mortgage product.
This sales role is available due to internal promotion. We offer true career and training opportunities including qualifications in Mortgage Advice Practice (CeMAP) along progression opportunities both within our various sales teams or into other areas of the business.
Please note that shifts alternate between 9am - 5:30pm and 10:30am to 7:00pm.
