Job summary

A leading children's toy retailer in Poole is looking for Sales Assistants to join their new store. This temporary position offers £12.50 per hour for over 21s and £10.25 for under 21s. Ideal candidates will provide excellent customer service and work effectively in a team. Retail experience is desirable but not essential. Flexible hours are required to complete training before the store opens.

About The Role

This is a temporary contract, with a rate of pay of £12.50 per hour for over 21 and £10.25 per hour for under 21.

• Keep the store clean and tidy
• Pack shelves and merchandise
• Work delivery and complete price changes
• Work on the tills
• Learn about and keep up to date with our products in order to help customers

The Ideal Candidate

Retail experience in the following areas is highly desirable, but not essential:

• Nursery
• Software & Gaming
• Backdoor/Warehouse

Our stores are open 7 days a week so we need our Sales Assistants to be as flexible as possible.

As you will be joining one of our new stores, you will be expected to work increased hours in order to complete your training prior to your official store opening. Initially, you will be hired on a temporary basis to give you the opportunity to see if you enjoy this fast paced world of retail.
