We're a leading jewellery manufacturing company based in the heart of Hatton Garden, and we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Sales and Administration team member, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our trade customers and consumers alike. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling sales enquiries and orders via phone, email, and in-person
  • Managing online orders from our trade website and social media platforms
  • Providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Basic computer skills with a willingness to learn our systems
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
