A leading recruitment agency in London is seeking an experienced Property Administrator to assist their property sales team. The role involves managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with property legislation, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must have a solid background in property administration and strong communication skills. The position offers a salary range of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum with 28 days of holiday.
Our independent client is looking for an experienced Property administrator to join there independent Estate agency based in Surrey Quays SE16. The role will be assisting the sales team in all aspects of Property administration and legislation
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting property sales team. Therefore, they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise all administration jobs as necessary must also have an excellent level of customer service skills.
The hours will be:
Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm Fridays 9.00am - 5.00pm
Salary range will be:
between £30,000pa to £35,000pa depending on experience.
28 days holiday pa including bank holidays.
