Overview

Customer Team Leader
Location: 7 High Street, Crail, KY10 3TA
Pay: £13.99 per hour plus benefits
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you\'ll need to authorise age-related sales.

We\'re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op. Responsibilities

• As a Customer Team Leader, you\'ll be part of a friendly team that\'s dedicated to helping our customers. You\'ll help lead the store team – coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
• Develop your team\'s capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone\'s voice is valued and respected.
• Make sure that the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational.
• Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to make shopping a great experience for our customers.
• Support your store manager by deputising when they\'re not working and delivering a variety of HR processes.
• Lead the way when introducing new products and services in your store – work closely with your team to implement change and encourage open and honest feedback.
• Build relationships and get involved in your local community, supporting your Store Manager with the delivery of the local Co-op community plan.
