The job

Working as part of our Retail team in Peterborough for 30 hours a week, you will be a vital part of the store\'s success.

You\'ll work closely with members of the public to understand their needs and advise them on high-value purchases, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Here\'s a taste of day-to-day responsibilities:

• Make customers feel at home through exceptional service by listening to needs and guiding them to the right fit
• Be on hand during store visits, from greeting customers to understanding their sleep preferences
• Become a Sleepmatch Master to help customers choose the right mattress using our Sleepmatch technology
• Help keep the store looking its best, including housekeeping and updating displays
