Overview

Our store teams are the warm arm of reassurance, offering incredible product insight, knowledge and trust. We support customers with in-store personal shopping experiences, car seat consultations, parenting events, and guidance along their parenting journey. Our goal is to help families make magical moments when buying prams, cots, baby changing tables or outfits for a baby’s milestones.

The Role: Sales Assistant / Consultant

Our Sales Consultant / Sales Assistant teams are the ambassadors of these moments and the heart of our business. We are expanding our team at the Mamas & Papas Ipswich store and are looking for Sales Assistants / Sales Consultants.

This vacancy covers 6 hours per week, across 1 day (either a Saturday or Sunday). Apply to discuss what shift patterns would work best for you.

• Assist customers, provide product knowledge and the best shopping experience.
• Support in-store events and guide customers along their parenting journey.

Qualifications

• Positive customer-focused mindset and ability to create moments customers will remember.
• Availability for 6 hours per week, on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
