At Cartrefi, we are dedicated to supporting those with learning disabilities and autism to live fulfilled and enriched lives in the community and you will play a vital role in supporting us to do this.

Role: Resourcing Advisor

Location: Hybrid - some of the duties can be carried out from home but there is an expectation to attend our Bangor office and other offices and services across north Wales as required.

Hours: 37 per week

Salary: £30,015 per annum

Contract: Permanent

What You’ll Do
  • You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an excellent experience for recruiting managers and candidates alike, from vacancy sign-off to the successful person’s first day.
  • You’ll work closely with recruiting managers at all stages, advising on the best recruitment strategy for their vacancy.
  • You’ll utilise a variety of attraction methods, including advertising platforms, CV searches, social media, attending job fairs and events and engaging with external partners.
  • You’ll support managers with the shortlisting and selection process, carrying out pre-screening and attending interviews when required.
  • You’ll manage the onboarding process for successful candidates, ensuring that all pre-employment checks are completed compliantly and efficiently.
  • You’ll work on projects to continuously improve our ability to recruit the best colleagues for the people we support.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience of managing the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands on experience of managing onboarding and ensuring compliance to regulations.
  • Customer focussed approach with a determination to find the best quality candidates for difficult-to-fill roles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with a strong ability to work cooperatively with a variety of colleagues and candidates.
  • The drive to continuously improve our processes and offer an even better service to recruiting managers, candidates and the people we support.
