A leading UK defense organization in Reading is seeking a Resource Planning Specialist to support the delivery of services by ensuring optimal resource allocation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience dealing with senior management. Location: RG7 4PR, located between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking.
Package: £38000- £45000 (depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience)

AWE is currently recruiting for a Resource Planning Specialist.
Working within the Business Operations team (Estates & Liabilities), the successful candidate will be required to support the delivery of services by ensuring skilled resources are available and appropriately deployed across the function.
You will work closely with the Senior Resourcing Specialist to create resolutions at all levels and deal with escalated resourcing issues as well as monitoring the performance of resources by analysing data and providing analysis and management information.
You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a complete resource plan, ensuring that the plan reflects any changes to available resources or the demand and deliver analysis of business forecasting and headcount against budget.
