Job summary

A consultancy firm in Glossop is seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join their expanding team. This role offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work a minimum of three days a week. As a Residential Surveyor, you'll be responsible for conducting valuations, completing residential surveys, and compiling reports, while enjoying a generous fee split on earnings estimated between £45,000 to £70,000 OTE.

Qualifications

• Experience in Residential Surveying is essential.
• Holding a Minimum AssocRICS qualification is mandatory.
• A full UK driving license and access to own car are required.

Overview

Are you an experienced Residential Surveyor looking to work on a consultancy basis? Our client, an independent surveying practice, is looking to expand its team in Glossop due to an increase in work with an experienced Residential Surveyor. This position is available on a Consultancy basis, offering a generous fee split of 60% on fees.
